Limitation of Excel shared workbook 2013 VS 2010 Vs 2007

We all try share work in multiple workplaces. hence, we share wokbook while workingh for multiple purpose like summarization in context of data. To reorganize work among the group of people, To count the total number of work item worked or average number of people worked on data

hence below are some major limitations will may help you to understand the limitation of shared workbook and allow changes by more than one user to do.

If the Allow changes by more than one user.setting is on for a workbook, then the following information applies. This setting is accessible by clicking the Review tab 
Share Workbook. 

Note that in newer versions of Excel, the Share Workbook button has been hidden. 
  1. To unhide it, click File 
  2. navigate to Options 
  3. click on Quick Access Toolbar
  4. Open the list under Choose commands from and select All Commands
  5. Scroll down that list until you see Share Workbook (Legacy). 
  6. Select that item and click Add. Click OK. 
  7. The Share Workbook button is now at the top of the Excel window.
