Microsoft Access Keyboard Shortcuts

General

CTRL + N	Open a new database
CTRL + O	Open an existing database
Ctrl + Enter or Alt + D	To open the selected table, query, form, report, macro, or module in Design view
CTRL + C	Copy
CTRL + V	Paste
CTRL + P	Print
CTRL + S	Save
CTRL + Z	Undo
Alt + F4	To quit Microsoft Access, close a dialogue box, or close a property sheet

Navigation

F11	Display the database window
ALT + F11	Switch between the Visual Basic Editor and the previously active window
F5	To switch to Form view from form design or a form module
F2	To display the Object Browser or display the complete hyperlink address for a selected hyperlink
Alt + Enter	Display Object Properties
Ctrl + I	To display quick information
Ctrl + J	To list properties and methods
Ctrl + L	To display the Calls dialogue box
Ctrl + R	To select a form or report
Ctrl + Shift + I	To display parameter information
Ctrl + Shift + J	To list constants
CTRL + F	Find item
F3	To find the next occurrence of the text specified in the Find or Replace dialogue box when the dialogue box is closed
Shift + F3	To find the previous occurrence of the text specified in the Find or Replace dialogue box when the dialogue box is closed
Ctrl + Down Arrow	To move to the current field in the last record, in Navigation mode
SHIFT + Scroll wheel	To move to the last field in the last record, in Navigation mode
CTRL + Scroll wheel	To move to the first field in the first record, in Navigation mode
Ctrl + Page Down	To move to the current field in the next record
Ctrl + Page Down	To go right one screen
Ctrl + Page Up	To move to the current field in the previous record
Ctrl + Page Up	To go left one screen
Ctrl + Shift + Tab	To exit the subform and move to the previous field in the main form or previous record
Ctrl + Tab	To cycle through the tab of each object's type
Ctrl + Tab	To exit the subform and move to the next field in the master form or next record
F5 then type the record number and press Enter	To move to the record number box
CTRL + H	Find and replace item
ESC	Undo the changes you have made to the current field
ESC ESC (press ESC twice)	Undo the changes you have made to the current record
CTRL + ENTER	Insert a carriage return in a memo or text field

Ctrl + G	To display the Debug window
Ctrl + Break	To halt the execution of code or a macro
Alt + F5	To toggle between breaking and not breaking on unhandled errors and then step to the next statement
Alt + F8	To toggle between breaking and not breaking in-class modules and then continue execution
Ctrl + F8	To run code to the current insertion point and halt execution
Ctrl + Shift + F2	To return to the last line position in the previously viewed procedure
F8	To step into a procedure (single step)
Ctrl + Shift + F8	To step out of a procedure
F9	To toggle a breakpoint at the selected line
Ctrl + Shift + F9	To clear all breakpoints
Ctrl + F9	To set the next statement
Shift + F2	To view a procedure definition, variable, or keyword
Shift + F5	To reset execution of code or macro
